Retainer Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. Dates and times are not reserved until the retainer has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Appointments exceeding 30 minutes late may be canceled.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
